Have questions?

How do the wristbands work?

A rounded stud rests on the Neiguan (P6) point on the inside of your wrist. Steady pressure on this point is a traditional acupressure method for easing nausea and travel sickness, without any medication.

When should I put them on?

Ideally before you travel, so the pressure is working before nausea builds. They also help once nausea has started — put them on and press for a minute or two.

One wrist or both?

Both is best. Wearing an Anchor on each wrist applies even pressure and tends to work better than a single band.

Will they fit me?

Yes. The soft knit stretches to fit most adult wrists and sits snugly without cutting in, so the stud stays over the right point.

Do they help with morning sickness or everyday nausea?

Many people use acupressure bands beyond travel. If you're pregnant or managing a medical condition, check with your doctor first.

How do I keep them clean?

Hand wash in cool water with mild soap and air dry. The knit holds its shape wash after wash.

Is there anyone who shouldn't use them?

Stop use if you notice swelling, irritation or any skin reaction. If in doubt, speak to a healthcare professional.

How does the 30-day guarantee work?

We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. Not satisfied? Return your TAHVI Anchor™ within 30 days for a full refund — we'll cover the return shipping as well.
